Clarke Group is an Auckland-based property development and investment business delivering scalable medium-density housing and build-to-rent communities across Auckland and Queenstown.
Since 2012, the Group has delivered over 700 tenancies and more than $200 million of residential development, with a strong track record across both private and government-supported projects, including developments backed by Kāinga Ora and underwritten by MHUD.
The business is now focused on scaling its pipeline, with more than 770 homes across Auckland and Queenstown progressing through consenting and construction, alongside a growing portfolio of larger, masterplanned opportunities.
All projects are led internally and delivered through a disciplined governance framework, ensuring consistency, accountability, and high-quality outcomes.
